We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I would trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if something is off with a unit, that's on us, and we make it right that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.

We assign a fixed weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you contact us for removal.
We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
